It's just too much noise. It took almost an hour for the food with warm temperature to be served. No welcome from the manger for being a customer with the Landry card.

Not gonna lie, food was better than I remember it being before, my kids loved it. The balloon man they had there was excellent.

We had a 6pm reservation. It was my granddaughter 7th Bday dinner. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Only one hostess working with no help from anyone else on top of her being new. Even with our reservations we did not get seated till after6:30. When we did get seated we noticed that the restaurant was only half full. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to come over and take a drink order as well as another 45 minutes to just get our drink order. We also asked if the could have the balloon guy come to our table needless to say the waitress forgot to tell him as well as adding there are other people at other tables too. We ordered appetizers and dinner at the same time in hoping wouldn’t take long. It took over 30 minutes to just get our appetizers and they were cold. Dinner came 10 minutes after we got the appetizers. By the time this was all done and said we left the restaurant at 9:15 I have never been to a dinner taking over three hours to eat even if it was them serving a seven course meal. I feel the hostess need help and management was no where around to help her. The waitress was missing over half the time we were there and we had to ask someone else to get us water or something. I personally think it was ridiculous for dinner to take over three hours for what we had. As well as the restaurant was loosing money by not getting us out of there in half the time to bring another customer in.

The food went downhill. The server forgot to put our order after 30 mins of waiting. Was just given chips and fries. The ambiance is just how I remember when I small. Don’t think I will come back

First time dining here at Rainforest Cafe. Brought my daughter for her birthday along with the rest of my family. It was great! the food was delicious and the service outstanding. Will definitely be coming back soon.
