   Noah was our Waiter and we really enjoyed having him, his energy was perfect for the event and his mannerism was very professional, he made our 1st rainforest experience the best !

   Took daughter for her 3rd birthday. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Daughter had a blast looking around at the different animatronic animals. Food was better than expected for a chain "experience" restaurant. Probably wouldn't recommend for a group of adults but for children highly recommend.

   Food was terrible. Service was friendly but the bill was wrong at the end and we couldn’t get it fixed

   Server had a great personality. She was very attentive. The food did not come out as requested. There were items that were requested to be left off the chicken sandwich, but weren’t. We were unable to eat the chicken sandwich ordered. It was too busy and crowded to wait for a new sandwich to be made.

   We went for a friends birthday dinner. They held our reservation on a busy Saturday night due to parking issues. Our server was amazing and made our experience great. The drinks and food were both good and we all came home with souvenir glasses.

   Not a great rainforest cafe. Staff seemed stressed and we got the wrong food.

   Our server Noah was awesome. He was polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I was surprisingly impressed. The ambiance was nice, we were in the elephant space. Their sounds was a little annoying at first but we eventually adapted. I did like the light changes. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves for being one of the few parties in there without kids.

   Price was out of this world, and hardly anything “normal” on the menu. Kids meals were 11.99 like what do they think! 11.99 for Dino nuggets come on. Place wasn’t busy but you would have thought it was the way the server took to just get drinks, and the check! Where was the rainforest experience like the sound of the rain thunder storms monkeys swinging. There was an elephant that moved his ears! Not the experience I had had before at a different rainforest cafe. I’ll never return to another one!

    We enjoyed our food, our waitress was amazing. However upon reserving our table online it asked if it was for an event which we selected birthday. Upon getting to the restaurant and confirming our reservation the host asked if it was for the birthday. We agreed it was indeed for a birthday. Then nothing beyond that. Nothing happened beyond them asking. Slightly disappointed in them for not going beyond asking.
