   The three of us (two adults and a young child) were seated promptly, but after 20 minutes at our table, we left. Not one server came to our table, even though the table next to us (that arrived after us) was immediately waited on. We brought this to the attention of the greeter, and he was apologetic and graciously offered an appetizer that we declined, but he then offered a toy for our grandson that we accepted. We would recommend that when you check in at Rainforest, you confirm there is a server assigned to your table...in our case there wasn't one. I'm not sure how that happened, but it did. We then left to have lunch at Bubba Gump, which was great.

   Fun experience with better ambiance than food, but pretty good actually. Good value, fun time!

   Lucas the server made the experience different and more enjoyable than it was before. On my birthday which was even more enjoyable. I wanted to make sure he is recognized. I don’t usually ya take the time out to tell businesses, but I decided to do that today

   Mixed experience. Food was surprisingly good. Definitely not cheap but we expected to pay higher prices. Ambience and atmosphere were perfect for our 10 year old’s birthday. Service was unfortunately lacking. Drinks - even bottled beer - took 25 minutes. Our server literally abandoned us at the end - we waited 49 minutes with uncleared plates and had to walk into the kitchen to find someone to ask for a check. Apparently the server had some sort of “emotional issues” and had left during the shift - yet no one picked up our table. So weird.

   Great place, had an amazing server. Food was decent, environment was my favorite part.

   We didn't have the best experience today. Took forever to get our food. Server spilled a drink all over me. Manager never once came out to apologize or say anything at all, makes me think the server tried to hide it. Ordered the lettuce wraps appetizer and the lettuce wrap part was basically shreds of lettuce. I made mention to our server of my allergy to onions, I ordered the cheese sticks and they were Luke warm at best and piled on top of fried onion straws. My son has a tree nut allergy and made server aware of that, we ordered an oreo shake drink, he said he would have his manager check and come talk to us about it. Never once did mgmt come out but the drinks did. And the shakes had ice chunks at the bottom and blended poorly. And for a $180 bill at the end of the day this was totally not worth the trip. Very very disappointed and would not recommend and will not be coming back. Oh and no one did anything about the kids crawling around on the floor like it was a daycare. Such a shame cuz this used to be a decent place but has gone down hill for 30yrs

   I would go again just because kids loved all the scenery and sound affects. Food was pretty good.
