   The waiter, food, the total experience of the restaurant was great. Only complaint I have is the cleanliness. We were seated at a dirty table, booth seat was dirty as well as the floor around the table. Informed person seating and asked for another table to which my request was granted. Otherwise excellent experience. Very pleased will be returning.

   It took 20 minutes to get drink orders and another 45 minutes for food. Place wasn’t that nice and neither was the food. I’ve been to way nicer rain forest cafes. Maybe it’s because this one was in a mall.

   Great experience. Waiter Hunter was very helpful and knew the menu. He suggested items when we weren’t sure what to order. Everything was so good and the ambience was great as well. Kids loved it.

   We had a good time there, the waiter was very nice and kept coming back to check if we needed anything. However the food took forever after we ordered it, I would say roughly an hour. The set up was beautiful and well done, employees were great, but it felt very slow. I'm very positive we will be coming back.

   Everything was great…except for service, which was sporadic at times. It was Valentine’s Day and they were busy at our reservation time (5:30). I had to ask 3 times for Splenda for my iced tea. I really appreciated a chef coming out to talk about food allergies too!

   I went here all the time when I was a child so we took our daughter for her 3rd birthday. Although the waitress was great, the food was awful and so overpriced. None of us finished our meals because it was just gross. My daughter didn’t even like the dessert! Very disappointed. They only sing you happy birthday if you purchase a dessert. What a joke.

   Great experience and drinks were great! With the strawberry mojito, you can show the receipt at the store checkout to get a free glass. The server was awesome and we got our free photo and ended up paying for the prints cause they were cute (they take a photo or two of you at your table). Fish and chips were okay, turkey panini was pretty good. It’s a bit pricey for the food, but the experience is what you’re paying for and it’s totally worth it.

    It was extremely hot inside. It felt dirty. Staff was very friendly. The food was meh. Definitely not the best meal. The fish tanks seemed really dirty, could barely see through the glass. Ultimately it was a very disappointing experience, especially after driving over an hour. Very outdated.
