    The food is terrible but the experience for the kids is wonderful, they love it. If you stick to foods out of the fryer it shouldn’t be too bad.

    The food was great and the wait staff was very helpful! It’s noisy but I mean it’s the rainforest cafe so you should expect that

    It’s such a nice day enjoying the Rain Forest dining experience. Our server and food and the amazing teamwork of the staff is awesome. It’s always a fun experience with family. Thanks RFC.

    I generally come out to this establishment about twice a year. This recent visit left me underwhelmed. The food was like warm, and the floors were unkept. May it was a busy day or maybe they were understaffed??? Either way, for the prices that are listed, the value, and maintenance of the restaurant needs to be improved!

    Our server has amazing. I believe her name was Erin. She was on top of everything and Checked on us often. Best server we have had.

    Restaurant is very fun and kids had a great time, even though it was a two hour event. Food is slightly expensive and the service is slow.

    Kids loved the animals ans the fish tank. Food was ok, nothing special.

    The food that we had was really good. My husband had the pulled pork burger and I had the turkey club and my daughter had the kids pizza. Our server was not very friendly to us. She never asked if we had been there before or if we were celebrating anything. It was our daughters birthday and she only knew because my daughter was wearing a birthday crown. The waitress basically took our order, brought us our food but never asked if we needed refills on our drinks or how our food was. While my daughter was still eating her meal they brought out the dessert and started singing Happy Birthday. Now even my daughter who just turned 5, knew that they shouldn't bring dessert out while you are still eating your meal. She was so upset about this. The animatronic animals were not working for some reason and I only knew this because I overheard other waitresses telling their tables butour waitress never told us. She dropped the bill off and almost walked away except she saw we needed a box and said she would get us one. She walked over and left the box. She never said Happy Birthday to our daughter again and she never said enjoy your day. We would go back but hope we wouldn't get a waitress like this again. Lucklily we had a great waitress last year or else my daughter may not want to go back.
