    Service was excellent. Food was decent. Nothing to brag about. Nice experience for the kids. Nice location.

    My mom brought us here as kids to come back as an adult it’s fun to see things are still the same and great. Use to have live parrot’s out front too.

    Vibes - 10 Service - 10 We were sat right in the middle with a great view of everything! The Bamba blue raspberry icee was amazing! The Bombay chicken and shrimp was really good! The Jamaican me crazy pork chop was delicious! The plantains and pineapple slaw that came with it was yummy! The anaconda pasta still had a wine/boozy taste to it. Rainforest cafe is always a delight, and we will definitely be back!

    We got to the restaurant at 11:45am for a reservation and we’re not served our food until an hour into our experience. We had four small children to entertain during our wait. We asked for split checks since we were two families, the checks were incorrect when delivered and had to be redone. Once we had our receipt the server told us that she mistakenly ran our card for both of our parties bills. We then had to wait again about 10 minutes for the second half of the party’s bill to be run. One thing that was done well was the attention, concern, and handling of the food for a child in our party with a peanut allergy the manager came over and personally handled the order. The food and atmosphere were on par with our previous experiences there, but the service and wait times left quite a bit to be desired in a family friendly establishment.

    My family LOVES Rainforest Cafe so much that we drove 90 minutes to dine in. Always good service and great food. 1000% recommend!
