    We ordered salads and entrees, all of which came at the same time rather than being coursed out. Unfortunately, the food was also cold. The Bimini Chicken was delicious. Service was friendly but a bit slow.

    It was our first time being at Rainforest Cafe. We are 3 hours away. Having a fun time at the Titanic Exhibit we wanted to treat our kids to a fun dinner. It did not disappoint. The smiles were still wide the whole way home. They didn't want to leave. We can't wait to go back!

    We arrived waited to be seated we were seated and after a couple minutes this odor of hydraulic fluid smell oil came across when the animatronic and thunder roar and the water was released it was not pleasant we ask to be moved and they move us after waiting a bit we didn’t smell it anymore but they were a bit over bearing every 5 min check on us the food was okay I noticed the made a mistake I ask for mash and instead of the rice you can tell they made a mistake there was rice all over the bottom of my pork chops it was alright to much jerk bbq sauce and the appetizer was good and my husband shrimp dish bbq sauce was to overbearing basically BBQ sauce was way to much

    We were seated right away and waited 20 minutes for a server. We asked if we could move tables because our kids were in the way of people walking- they said they have a strict seating policy on Fridays and don’t want to make one server more busy than the other. My friend asked if we could just move over to the closest table out of the way- we did and waited another 10 minutes for service before we ended up leaving. We went to Lola’s tacos which was actually a better menu and the waitress was extremely friendly… so it worked out!!

    My kid loves this place. The food and drinks are good and is a good value. We got seated at a table where the server was on break…so we waited a good while to be acknowledged, but once someone noticed they were prompt to address our needs.
