    I came here yesterday and was told that there was 40 mins wait time. As I DID NOT WANT TO WAIT I made a reservation for today for 3:30 PM. Hostess checked us in 10 mind early, we were seated and a waiter took our order in like 5 mins. Me and my friend have been waiting for our order of 2 burgers for exactly 1 hr and 5 mins, when a manager showed up, apologized for some kind of mysterious “glitch” and let us know that if we would wait a little longer they would prepare our burgers in 7 mins. As we have been there for that long, we thought it would be worse to leave and start looking for a different place without a reservation. We waited another 15 mins when all of a sudden a couple at the next table, who arrived around 20 mins later than us got their order of 2 burgers. At that point we realized that they were just fooling us and were not going to serve, as probably “a glitch” was only applying on us, or maybe an order of 2 burgers was too small for them. The worst part of the story is that we have been in atlantic city only for 2 days and every hour mattered for us, a bus to NY was leaving some time soon. So we left the restaurant - disappointed, frozen (as it was way too cold there) and with empty stomaches. Thank you kindly for nothing.

    Horrible experience. We paid for a toy at the front before sitting at our table. The server was very rude and discriminating towards us for god knows what reason. We ordered couple items to start with. When we were ready to order main course, we informed them about an allergy issue. She went in to check with the manager but also brought another guy with her and they started interrogating about the toy in our kid’s hand. Lucky for us, we always ask for the receipt and had one for the toy too. After showing, we confronted the guy. The whole experience was very disappointing. We immediately decided to leave the restaurant and dined at our hotel instead. Please choose anything else at the boardwalk.

    Gross, over priced, dirty, and poor service. Only went to bring my 3 year old. Never have to go back. If you are an adult without a kid and you visit this restaurant, you’re an idiot.

    Was a great experience to eat there with my family. The staff were on point and the food was great. The animals and fountains were awesome.

    Fantastic in every aspect. Great food, service and value. Food was cooked perfectly. Waiter was polite and attentive. Overall feel of restaurant was entertaining. My six year old grandson loved the weather changes and monkeys. Will definitely be back and recommend.

    We left because the service was so poor. We had a spill at our table and instead of someone helping us they told us to wait for our server. We had to do our best to keep it from spreading all over and spilling on us. This is happening all the while there were bus people and waitresses not busy at all.

    It took a long time to get service after we got seated. Some of the food could have been warmer.

    My husband’s dinner came out after we were done eating… Because the first time his meal was cold… And they did not takeoff this meal or offer anything for the inconvenience
