12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

We love coming to rail trail for the food and service. We try to get Izzy as our server whenever we visit because she is the BEST! Nothing is better then being remembered and feeling welcomed each time you walk through the door and Izzy always makes us feel so welcomed!

Poor design for check in area for take out and reservations. Mobbed with cranky customers, confusing and over crowded. Bad start to the dinner and waiting over an hour for your pizza is not ideal.

Our waiter Henry was simply the best. I haven't been there for a while and once we got in and got severed, that's when I realized how nice the Rail Trail Flatbread Co. really was. So glad to be back.

We were seated outside with no space heaters in the back in a parking lot. Horrible. Our food was a C at absolute best. Pizzas were covered in mayonnaise drizzle which was gross and they had no flavor. Feta truffle fries were also average and needed more sauce. Very dry. Our food took over an hour to come out. It was one pizza and one salad. Way too long. The server never apologized for the wait or took anything off our bill. We will not be back.

We normally love this place, but this Saturday night they were very behind in the kitchen. We were seated 30 minutes late for our reservation and the food took an hour to come out. The servers were very nice but the kitchen was overwhelmed. There were dozens and dozens of pizzas set out to be cooked, probably a lot of it was to-go orders.

We had a reservation and were seated properly. Our server came right over and was very attentive to all our needs and gave us great advice when ordering. She never rushed us. The food was amazing as always.

Food was very good. We came early on a Tuesday night and got a seat in the way back, away from bar noise. Was easy to talk with our friends. Waitress was very attentive but not intrusive … just right. Overall, we ordered too much food but had a lot of leftovers to take home. Only reason for four stars is that street parking is difficult to find and involves a long walk from and to the car. Downtown Hudson is really a lovely spot!

The food is always consistently amazing at RailTrail. I have never had a bad meal. They have a great selection and there is always something different you won’t find anywhere else (the way they prepare it:)! So good!

went on a Saturday night. Large, lively and diverse crowd. Go after 7:30 PM to let it clear out some. Cauliflower appetizer was good and variety of interesting pizzas. Large beer list and good cocktails.
