12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

Terrific, REAL food. Too much food, lol. Wealways have a fantastic wait person. Love that. Very knowledgeable about every question we have. And if they don’t know, they will find out! Love going into this local spot with my family. Put one more dessert on the menu ;)

Food was all great. Poloma's demise is the best drink on the planet - they invented the drink & took it off the menu, but apparently everyone keeps asking for it. Breaded mushrooms were great - lightly picked + fried sounds weird, but it really worked.

One of my favorite restaurants ever and great food. The flatbreads are amazing and the other food is great too. I have always had a great meal and experience at Rail Trail. Service is outstanding and the beer menu is top notch. Wonderful gem in Hudson, MA.

Rail Trail has the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Truly outstanding. My one negative is that the beer list has gotten less interesting since COVID. I used to see beers I’d never heard of on draft, like a stout from Iceland(!). Now the beers on tap are generally ones I can buy at my local liquor store.

This is a great restaurant, we have had the occasional issue but they don’t deter us from going back. This time, I asked for their burger and Caesar salad for greens. Took me til the third time to finally get a prepared Caesar side salad and their hamburger patties must be hand formed because this time they were half the size of the patties I had two times ago, Yes we have been three times recently!

We love the Rail Trail! Food was wonderful and we sat at the bar which worked perfectly for us. Was thrilled to see a young man with Down syndrome working there.
