the site of the first ever BBC broadcast in November 1922 from what was
then Marconi House – named after the Father of radio. The name RADIO

A waiter comes every 5 minutes asking if things are OK. Each time we answer "one dish has been served, still no drinks (2 beers, not complicated to prepare) and still waiting for the second meal. Extremely expensive for dishes that are not even samples. First time I leave a restaurant to go and find... another restaurant. Poor ambiance, Instagramers at work and not an atmosphere of people enjoying themselves. Wants to be chic, but on arrival we were welcomed by a fight when our elevator opened.

The food. Was nice and the place had a good feel and vibe to it. Having booked a table for 2, for food, about 6 weeks earlier, we were sat on the covered roof terrace. Next to the closed roller screens. It was 8 degrees out side so if felt a little cool but ok. Ok until 20 mins before our food arrived, when the roller screen was lifted!!!! So we were then sat in a wind tunnel in a shirt at 8 degrees. Foods went cold within 5 mins. I asked if the shutter could be closed as it is too cold. I was told no it needs to be left open and we were given a blanket. This really spoilt the night so we left as soon as we had finished the cold food. Will never return unless it’s a hot day in the middle of summer.

Music is far too loud - uncomfortable when just going there for drinks, not clubbing. Outside view obscured, particularly when there is a private event.

Great venue, wonderful atmosphere stunning views of London’s skyline whiles you wine and dine. Very romantic settings! Cozy in most parts of the venue. I’ll recommend for a group setting or a romantic meet.

Had a great night with friends. Drink quality, scenery, cliental and music played by the live DJs was exceptional. We had previously eaten at Cafe Pacifico (fantastic Mexican restaurant fyi), so we just wanted a few light snacks. We opted for the Padron Peppers and the Dumplings. Both were very average at best. The peppers were overly powerful with spice and the dumplings lacked seasoning and flavour. Overall a great evening with fantastic staff. Will return. Thank you, Joel.

we were greeting by a young lady that insisted i walked back from the bar to the front desk to give her my name!! for which she didn't even listen to what i said so i had to repeat myself .. the place was empty yet the inference was if i hadn't booked we were not welcome.. i had booked so this wasn't an issue!!! we were then offered seating inside rather than on the terrace which the whole point of going is to enjoy the amazing views.... we picked a table out side and they were happy with that..... i will not go again, why don't people learn that the who experience starts from the moment you arrive if you make people feel uncomfortable they WILL NOT RETURN !!

Great atmosphere, the music was fantastic. We preferred the new layout outside, heaters were a great touch to enjoy the amazing view. We were all disappointed with the food menu, a lot more choices previously . Minimal gluten free options.
