    Well constructed tasting menu with some excellent accompanying wines in the flight, fine flavors built on the farm-to-table concept which worked well and very attentive service.

    Rabbit has a relaxed ambiance and very tasty food. We had the pea and cheese tartlet, mackerel cone and home made bread as starter. Delicious and flavoursome. Followed by the lamb rump for me and pork tenderloin for my wife. Beautifully tender meat, great sauce and rosemary salted potatoes as a side. Very, very good.

    Seated on table 1 right at the front of a rather small front section (with a more spacious rear room). Pleasant surroundings with lots of pictures and other paraphenalia on shelves; moderate noise for a Saturday evening; nice ambiance with other diners clearly enjoying themselves too. We considered the tasting menu and wine flight, which looked pretty reasonable for what it offered, but we went for menu choices - asparagus pasta and grilled scallops, followed by fresh pollock and grilled pork chop. We had their Nutbourne sparkling wine to start and then carafes of their white english blend and a primitivo; both excellent, and so good to see proper carafes on offer. Very well looked after by Shiraz (yes, really) and the lively barman. We really liked the atmosphere of a family-run restaurant ( they own a farm and Nutbourne vineyard too); next stop - Sussex restaurant in Soho!

    Unique country farm-to-fork from West Sussex to the King's Road. Plus a nice country vibe gives a west Sussex gastropub experience in London. The cooking is also superior.

    A cosy atmosphere at the Rabbit. A nice menu with very tasty dishes. The monthly menu is a hit! A highly motivated and professional team. The next time when we are in London we will book again a table at the Rabbit… that’s a promise.

    We ordered the sirloin in bone to share for £68. This steak was for 1 person and had so much fat on it. Very little meat. We left hungry even though we had starters. And the flavour wasn’t anything special either.

    Based on reviews, I was looking forward to Sunday roast here. But, I was very disappointed. The goat cheese eclair appetizer was unremarkable. I ordered the pork Sunday roast and it was inedible. It was dry and full of unrendered fat. So, I requested it be exchanged for the chicken. It wasn't any better. I didn't eat a small portion that was raw. I won't be going back!
