The service was fantastic! From Happy Hour appetizers to dinner itself, the service was friendly and helpful. Gyozas were yummy and shishito peppers were in a delicious sauce. Crunchy salmon roll had just the right amount of crunch. Crowded during pre-theater hour and then the restaurant quieted down and was relaxed. Will absolutely be back!

This is average sushi at best. Additionally, had the worst old fashion! Resembled a Shirley temple cocktail and was made with scotch. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great food and beautiful presentation. We dined prior to a Broadway show and staff was very accommodating in expediting service without sacrificing quality.

Second time eating at RA Sushi. It's reliably good and fresh, with some very good special rolls. Recommend the Hell's Kitchen maki especially. Sushi dinner is standard and a good value; the fish is very fresh. This isn't a fancy restaurant but the service is excellent and it's not noisy. They have some good specialty cocktails; there's a seasonal one with grapes and apples, which was tasty and turned out to be extremely strong! Dinner for two plus a soda and a cocktail ran me about $150 with tip. Good food, great service, will return.

Basic at best. That’s what I get for going to a sushi spot in the middle of Times Square where only tourists go to eat. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll and it wasn’t even crunchy! Again: basic.

Waitress messed up order. Delays in getting that corrected. Very little attention paid to me, while the table of ten seated next to me was well served. I had announced my theater deadline at the start, but this still wound up a rush.

I signed up for the birthday perk & went to redeem my gift $20 card after a Broadway show. I was happy to know the restaurant served until 10pm so I didn’t have to rush to eat before the show. The staff was extremely attentive & professional. The food was delicious. The restaurant is clean but felt like a diner or restaurant in a hotel. Not at all bad but pretty generic. It’s a great spot to have dinner before a play since it is so centralized to Broadway & the food is light so it won’t sit heavy in your belly during a long show.
