We’ve been regular patrons for a few years and noticed there was a recent price jump—we were charged $21 for each Woodford Reserve Manhattan last night—for a very meh Manhattan because the vermouth isn’t very good. Not served in the right glass. No cherry. This is a $17 drink on the boardwalk…not sure how they are charging it here. Our table was located in the far right and the acoustics were awful-we had to scream to hear one another. First time we sat on this side of the restaurant. At these prices, I think this was our last time.

This was my fifth time at the restaurant and it never disappoints. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Always a great vibe. Service staff is a highlight. The crowd drawn to R Bar is also one of the attractions!

Our server Britney course out our meal perfectly and made some awesome suggestions. We had the best time!

Very good food, great drink specials, outstanding staff. Ambiance of restaurant was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and will go again.

Lovely time with lovely food, staff and clientele and most importantly music from the very talented Mike Noordzy and company. Great way to spend a birthday!

I'm a big fan of RBar but I hope they'll figure out a way to handle the seating on the patio in a more orderly fashion for the remainder of the summer. It wasn't quite fight club level, but conflicting information was being given to everyone, so it was one of our less pleasant experiences there. Once we were seated ,everything was as good as usual. We were all also commenting on the fact that it would be great if they have some different snacks/appetizers. Sometimes you're in the mood to snack while having drinks.
