Présentant le tout premier restaurant au bord de la plage d'Uruguay, Parador La Huella, ce restaurant est vraiment reconnu comme la signature de EAST Miami. Avec leur réinvention urbaine, Quinto La Huella, propose une méthode de cuisson sur le feu tout à fait unique avec une Parrilla typique, centrée au cœur de leur cuisine et comprenant un superbe four au feu de bois, un comptoir à sushis et offrant une expérience de repas en plein air. Leur menu est un mélange d'ingrédients de tout genre soigneusement concocté, mais proposant tout de même des plats simples, faits avec les meilleurs produits du coin! Leur nourriture est donc accessible, un peu comme leur atmosphère en général, ce qui permet un environnement relaxant pour tous, où les meilleurs souvenirs sont créés!

Probably best service we’ve gotten in a long while. The food was good, but if you’re vegetarian the options are quite limited. The desserts were underwhelming

Came for brunch and had a really nice selection of food and drinks, would definitely recommend the AYCE brunch.

The experience was beautiful. The ambiance was nice. The food was okay for me but I did have a few favorites that I loved and asked for seconds. It was a great experience to try food from a different culture. The drinks were 10/10. Food kept coming back to back. Oh can’t forget the desserts, yummy. Overall I would love to come back again. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating his birthday. Thank you Quinto for the amazing experience and customer service.

Nos pusieron en una mesa afuera y casi nos descompusimos del calor. No daba un solo ventilador.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The drinks were perfect, the servers were attentive, and I appreciated how accommodating and hands-on they were with kids. The ambiance and aesthetics were just as impressive as the food. I highly recommend it.

There was no clear signage to direct us to the restaurant, we had to go through the mall and still we couldn’t get to it. The elevator only takes you to the parking not to the restaurant. The outdoor seating was closed for a private event! we end up sitting indoor, and it didn’t feel like a cool settings. Food was super good and the waiter was very good but the indoor ambience was not what we expected.
