Maybe a language barrier but our steaks were not cooked our preference. When server was advised, nothing was done. Thankfully we were able to swap our steaks because my friend ordered medium well but was presented medium rare and I ordered medium rare and was presented medium…. Also there was absolutely no seasonings on the steaks. Will not return!

The setting is excellent and so is the service.The lobster in one order was not good and was mushy. The other two lobsters were good. We love the mashed potatoes and they did not disappoint. The beet salad was very good and also the grilled salad was very good. The four rating was for an under done medium steak and the bad lobster.

Fantastic food and exceptional service in an amazing atmosphere! The view from the restaurant is also spectacular. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Open air dining at its finest. Spectacular views from the rooftop venue. The service is attentive but unobtrusive. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. It took 40 minutes to get water, and an hour to receive bread, and ultimately 2 hours in total to leave the restaurant. When asked if it was normal to wait this long, the “wine lady” explained that when you go to a restaurant, people put their orders in at different times and based on when people place their orders, food will be made accordingly. I explained that I have been to a restaurant before and am aware how that process works, and she proceeded to explain the process two more times. Do not come here. The food was sub par and the service was insulting.

The food was very good. They didn’t get my steak order right but it was close to what I ordered. Rather than sending it back I agreed to have it.

Our server, Victor, was really excellent. He was friendly, courteous and pleasant. His helper, Angel, was great as well. Victor and Angel checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our food and had everything we needed. Additionally, the hostess was helpful in sitting us at a quiet table with a spectacular view of the sunset. Once again, the Restaurant’s exceptional customer service provided by Victor and Angel along with great tasting food and outstanding rooftop views provided an excellent dining experience. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Quinto is a steakhouse positioned on the roof top of a Luxe Tower. The views of Puerto Vallarta and Vadanta are incredible. The sunset was the most beautiful I've ever seen. Our server Victor, was very professional, entertaining, and humorous. His description of the food and his recommendations when asked were infallible. I highly recommend him and the restaurant. It was the best food that we have eaten at any Resort or vacation. We had the baked brie as an appetizer and the filet mignon as our entree. Our appetizers were creamed spinach with bacon and a sweet potato with carrot. I never knew those Foods could taste so good. The Mexican coffee prepared by Victor at the end of the meal was an amazing table side display of artistry with fire.

We didn’t know it was only outdoor dining, so it was quite hot. We’ve eaten at Quinto at the Vidanta in Riviera Maya many times and been VERY pleased. This Quinto didn’t measure up. We probably won’t go back; but we will definitely go back to the Quinto when we’re back vacationing in Riviera Maya.

Our server was great. He was friendly, courteous and pleasant. The other young man who worked with the server was excellent as well. There was a terrific team effort from everyone at the restaurant including the hostess. The server and his helper checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our food and had everything we needed. The Restaurant’s exceptional customer service, great tasting food and spectacular rooftop sunset views over the ocean provided a very romantic dining experience. Thank you guys for a job well done!
