   This is an amazing find on our doorstep! It was my partners birthday today and I bought him and his dad for lunch. The service was very personal, and the staff catered for each of our needs beautifully! The food was absolutely outstanding, presented in a wonderful way. The ambience was second to none! Quiet, not rushed, and not all packed into a busy restaurant! Totally and utterly 1 million per cent all round, do not hesitate, just book! You will not be disappointed!

   Really impressed with everything from Quince, a hidden gem in Westgate. Small but perfectly formed menu. As a vegetarian I often feel short changed but this was not the case at Quince that offered imaginative and tasty veggie options. We will be back soon.

   Go - if you're in the area, go. If you're not in the area, plan a reason to be in the area and then go. Very good food coupled with pleasant service makes this an experience I would highly recommend

   Always wonderful food at a reasonable price for such high end quality and skill. From the snack to the bread and butter, the starters and mains (we didn't have time for dessert), everything was outstanding. Service staff are also friendly and knowledgeable.

   Highly recommend this place. Food is amazing, service is excellent and the cost is great for the quality you receive.

   The food is so amazing I am trying to stick to veganism and was worried I would crack & eat fish or meat but no, the fabulous vegan choice was superb I had nothing to worry about!! I’m so happy for the people of Westgate to have this restaurant. Bringing the area up in the world. It used to be the bucket and spade shop if you’ve not been [to Westgate] for a while. I got a birthday card too from the staff which was a lovely surprise. Thank you guys.

   Sunday lunch with 2 other couples. The set menu was incredible value - venison croquettes starters; chicken or pork belly mains were both very good and no-one was going home hungry! From the a la carte - monkfish terrine and the venison filet were both perfect. We treid the sticky toffee pudding and shipwreck tart - impossible to recommend one above the other as both were delicious. Service with a smile, attentive, but not intrusive. Everything was relaxed, no fuss or drama, with the usual open kitchen for those interested in observing the chef at work. The owner and head chef, Rafa, wasn't there when we visited, but from service to the kitchen, everyone was on top of their game. Can't recommend Quince enough - plus the re are lots of interesting shops to visit if you're there during the day.

   Superb. Our new favourite. Love everything about this place. A fabulous menu. Intimate dining. Attentive staff but not over bearing. So good we came twice in one month!

    We would have enjoyed the experience more if we had been a bit warmer, although they did provide a heater. My husband was facing the back of the restaurant looking at the disabled toilet door…which was a bit disappointing. The food was very good and overall we had an enjoyable experience.
