Pricilla was the greatest. The recommendations were spot on. The food was excellent and the starter and drinks were timed perfectly before our entrees. The Mgr stopped by periodically to check on us, and we really enjoyed sitting outside next to the Trinity River. We will definitely go back.

Poor management made this a terrible experience. The restaurant was woefully understaffed. We had to ask for a server to bring us water after waiting 10 minutes at our table. Our food order took 1 hour to deliver. The food order was wrong but we were not about to say anything for fear of waiting another hour. On the flip side the bar staff and our server were very professional and kind - they were just slammed with their proverbial backs to the wall.

Beautiful day to dine outdoors. Unfortunately the the music was way too loud, which lead to elevated volume with patrons. Food was cold, and NO SUBSTITUTIONS. I understand restaurants not wanting to accommodate substitutions, but a couple of tomato slices instead of fruit seems reasonable. Service was rushed, I felt like we were putting the waiter out. Also, a bit pricey for the level of food. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Picked this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends. We got seated and after 30 minutes of no one greeting us I had to get up and ask a server if someone was taking care of us. Drink order finally got taken. The turn times were so long friends were ordering two at a time. Half of the group didn’t finish their meals bc they were so dissatisfied. One even found a piece of hard melted plastic in her meal. We stacked our own plates and had to summon the waitress over again just to close out our tabs. Total dinner took about 4 hours. Manager never even stopped to check in. When I mentioned to him on the way out we had a really poor experience, he was surprised and asked where we were sitting. We were the largest table in the restaurant and were there for four hours… might suggest paying closer attention to your guests.

The brunch food was delicious and there was a nice coffee and cocktail selection to chose from to go along with your meal. We got moved inside due to a rain storm and were treated very well by staff. Will definitely be back.

Our time at Quince wasn’t amazing and there were parts of it that were better than others, but overall it was a pretty good experience. The service was a mixed review between the host staff and the wait staffs approach. The food was along the same lines where some things were much better than others. I will give them credit for the ambiance - the riverside table, even though we had a reso, was worth the 10 minute wait.

Good views. Too loud music. Mediocre food. Service started out well but deteriorated into nonexistent. Won’t be back.
