We have been wanting to try Queenstown for a while and have heard great things. We loved the atmosphere it is very cool inside. The food is great quality and the menus has lots of great options. Unfortunately we did not receive great service when we went and waited very long to receive our food. It seemed like they were understaffed this particular night. Hopefully this will improve whenever we try Queenstown again.

Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. She was very patient and let us visit to enjoy time together.

Poor service. Waited never refilled our drinks and never asked if we needed them refilled. We had also ordered additional food but I think the waiter forgot about us. We asked for ketchup and he never brought ketchup. He was super nice but just does not know how to be a good waiter. The restaurant was not very busy.

Absolutely had best experience. When I checked in the manager noted it was a birthday celebration for two friends and wished us happy birthday--later followed with wonderful dessert with two candles, one for each of us, at the end. He offered us as choice of seating but had reserved a wonderful table for us that combined best of indoor and outdoor seating. The waitstaff was totally spot on with friendliness and service...actually not just spot on but above and beyond. We frequently dine at the UTC Queenstown Bistro and really loved the La Jolla venue--so pretty with fun decorations and a variety of different seating areas. We plan to come back and drink a bottle of wine on half price wine day if we can get someone to drive us. I love that they have changed the fat steak fries to the skinny fries--absolutely delicious along with the sauces. I had Fav burger and asked for tomato chutney on side because I usually don't like chutney, but it was delicious. Kudos all around!

Our waitress loose our order and we waited for one hour for our food. Food was ok, I feel like they were short staff, even for the check we have to wait we were at the restaurant for 2 hrs mostly waiting for our food and check. Thou they comp us for the 2 drinks they need to improve the service.

I was underwhelmed - food was only average. Several items on the menu were unavailable. I had the steak and fries, and it was disappointing. Service was excellent and the ambience great.

Absolutely stunning decor, they change it seasonally! I started with an espresso martini, which was prepared to perfection along with a burger that was delicious with sweet potato fries. We decided to do a casual dinner, but they also serve delicious platters because I've been there many times before. Love all the lamb dishes, a super meal every time. The outdoor area is just gorgeous so well thought out and barking is a breeze with a lot across the street. It's very reasonable and on street parking too. you will love it!☺️
