In our elegant Omakase Room, guests will enjoy sushi-making in a lively happy-hour atmosphere. Chef Kamakura will greet you, share his culinary journey, and guide you through the class, all while you enjoy champagne. Our menu is designed for easy home replication. In the class, you'll prepare six sushi rolls, including traditional makis, and master key techniques like rice handling, and blending professional skills with family traditions.

Queen Omakase represents the pinnacle of Japanese fine dining with a 14-course menu designed to deliver an extraordinary culinary experience. Under the guidance of esteemed Chef Kamakura, guests embark on a transcendent gastronomic journey that blends traditional Japanese artistry with modern innovation.
