      Queen of Heartd was a wonderful experience as usual. The server was friendly and efficient. The Food was delicious. Will return again.

      I love the high tea experience but the restaurant is missing the cozy/comfy aspect. The service was great and the food is good but I felt like I was eating in a cafe or a shop. For the price that we paid, the restaurant needs to be upgraded to have a better ambiance and comfort.

      We had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the experience overall was great. I would highly recommend this place. We took my mom for her birthday and they made it special. Thank you

      First let me say we enjoyed our experience at Queen of Hearts. It just wasn’t quite my vision of a British Tea House and I have been to a few. It is in a store front location so some ambience is missing but parking isn’t an issue. I would have appreciated tablecloths on the tables and cloth napkins for a British High Tea. The bone china cups were lovely. Each person at your table receives a pot of tea of their choice. I expected honey and lemon to be on the tables. The food is served on a 3-tiered glass tray. It looks very nice. I found there really is not enough food served. There could have been more mini sandwiches, wraps and quiche for each person. I would also suggest there could be choices given for the different items. You need to make reservations so you could make food choices at that time. It is expensive for what you receive. The service was pretty good. We had a good time and it was an enjoyable experience. I don’t think I would go again.

      Your tea selections were wonderful, the food and presentation was lovely, about on par with other teas we have attended, and fresh. The decor was nice but noise levels were abit high with a senior senior along. She was abit disturbed by loud outbursts of laughter or loud talking. About the only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars was the pricing, it is on the high side so not sure if we will return again. Server was helpful and attentive and ambiance was nice but abit too pricey for us. Sorry

      It was what I expected! Quiet atmosphere, a place to have good conversation and enjoy some light food! We enjoyed some tasty treats and the tea selection was great and the service was wonderful.

      We had a wonderful time from the minute we walked in! Food was awesome. Service was lovely. Just a bit loud with hearing aids.

      First time eating in instead of home delivery. Food was excellent as always, and service was friendly. I love that the exact items included in the afternoon tea are always changing: you can have afternoon tea here many times and it's always a new flavour experience.
