We take the sensual, Latin flair of Cuba and combine it with the honest flavours of Spain to create dishes that perfectly fuse the two cultures. All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and are treated with all the know how of a Catalonian.     It takes a lot for us to complain however Quabana was terrible service from the start of our experience. It took nearly half an hour after our booking time to seat us and it took nearly an hour to get 4 plates of cold food orders. Tasty food but we were late getting back and had to pay for extra child care due to the delay in taking orders and getting our food. We were informed that we were not the only people to have issues. And they had a new system where only one person was taking orders. After speaking with the assistant manager however take off our drinks from the bill. We wont be going back there any time soon.

    Food took time to come and it was cold. Steak was dry as if it had been cooked and placed in a warmer for sometime. The space was cold and the heater turned off every few minutes and one had to get up and turn it back on which disrupted the meal. Would not go back again

    Was a lovely meal. Service was great very attentive. There was a live guitarist and the ambiance was great. A good experience. A little pricey but expect to pay that for good food

    Sat on the terrace and it was spectacular. Nice and warm, great service and the food was perfect.

    We booked our table at 6.00, we received our food at 7.25. we had a show at the theatre at 8.00pm.which we needed to be there for. The food was lovely but we didn't get to enjoyy it because we were eating it so quickly. A huge shame and ruined the first part of our evening. Tables that ordered much after us receive their food before us which was unfair. We were very disappointed with the service.

    Lovely staff and very helpful and fabulous customer service . The food was lovely and it was 100/100 . I will recommend Qubana to friends.

    Very disappointed, been here before but this was nothing like our last visit. We weren’t given any menus when we were sat down. Starters eventually arrived but this was 50 mins after we ordered. The wait for mains was just as long meaning it took 2 hours from sitting down for us to get our mains, which when they arrived were luke warm. I just think we were forgotten about. It will be a while before we return but hopefully this was a one off.
