The Quay Inn is set right on the the quay at Wareham overlooking the river Frome, and has been welcoming patrons since it was built in 1747.

In addition to a fantastic array of high-quality local ales, beers, and refreshments, we offer mouth-watering food menus featuring the unique Black Rock grill, along with a variety of traditional snacks and meals. Very welcoming from the outside,handy parking too....gorgeous interior and very friendly staff.fast service for our drinks order to be taken...food was great quality and decent portion size...both steaks were cooked perfectly.. Can't fault our experience at all...would definitely recommend and will certainly return if back in the area...

Always great service and very good food. Such a friendly pub with efficient online booking and long opening hours - both a bit of a rarity locally. Love this pub

Always a fabulous meal, good value for money. Friendly staff, some of whom are more experienced than others, but always willing. Delicious puddings after a tasty steak. Thank you 🙏🏻🙌

Nice pub, decent selection of beers and drinks. Food-chicken wings (two types) were good, Quay Burger was good, my deconstructed beef and ale pie was ok, needed a lot of seasoning including brown sauce to make it tasty, the katsu curry was “alright” according to my son. The bao buns were a little bland apparently, could have done with a sauce. It’s a great pub but for £121 (3 starters, 3 main courses and a side salad and buns) felt it was a little overpriced. Would visit again though!
