Located in the mountain town of Revelstoke, we offer seasonally fresh menus in a relaxed and modern environment. We make everything from scratch, in house. Through working with small local farms, boutique ranchers and wild/sustainable fisheries, we create innovative takes on timeless cuisine for the modern diner.

Great meal in Revelstoke. Fun atmosphere, but can get quite loud for a small place as there is little to muffle sound. Menu was very creative and truly enjoyable. It's a 3 course prix-fixe and each of the courses was well done.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Quartermaster. Our 3 course dinner was perfect. Each part of the meal was excellently executed.

The Quartermaster is a “Must Go To” on trips to Revelstoke. I have been going here since they opened 7 years ago and it never disappoints! Madison? was our server and provided fantastic friendly service providing great suggestions from the menu. The Shuswap Beet Salad was unique and delicious. As was side Cesar Salad. We had the Seafood Pasta with beautiful presentation and great flavours with lots of seafood. Our meal was topped off again with a very unique and delicious Cheescake and Chocolate deserts. See you again on our ski trip next year !

The first steak came well-done instead of medium-rare, the second one took a while, everyone else was done with their main course by the time it arrived. The wine selection is good, the desserts (we tried three different ones) were all excellent.

The Quarter Master Eatery is a Revelstoke 'gem'. The food is creative, super tasty, interesting and fun! The atmosphere is modern, hip yet perfect for the Revelstoke Mountain community. It's not pretentious it's simply over the top good! The staff make it what it is from "George" at front of house, "Madison" on service, the amazing Chef and sous chefs, and don't forget the bar ...Izzy along with one of the best bartenders (I forget her name but a great mixologist) I have had the pleasure meeting on Monday night made the evening what it was ...SUPERB! Coming back for sure! If you haven't been to the Quarter Master ...get there!

A little let down - had been here years before but our mains weren't really on par with the price. Salmon was excellent. Cocktails good too.

The food was amazing and very well presented. The flavours were creative and unique and the ambiance was tasteful and high end. We loved the experience.

Went out for a romantic dinner with my partner- cocktails were excellent, food was really good. Would go back!

Great way to celebrate a birthday! Cocktails were tasty. Meats are savory and sides compliment the entrees very well. Apps and desserts hit the spot.
