Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.
Le menu varié se concentre sur des interprétations modernes de plats classiques tels que le Steak Tartare traditionnel, la salade césar et le rôti de moelle osseuse, en plus de plusieurs coupes de bœuf provenant de la boucherie légendaire de New York, Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.

Food as always was amazing. The only complaint was that the help came through non-stop and took our appetizers away, grabbed a couple half drinks. I finally complained and that stopped.

I used to LOVE the (now closed) sister restaurant Quality Eats, so was excited to finally try the real deal. We felt rushed and squished. The people next to us when we sat down said "They want us to leave" and I got that same impression, which fair enough, but it did feel obvious. My meat temp was medium not medium rare. The menu is unique in that it creatively redefines classics. We were there for a birthday, and they did write a card which was a nice touch. Appreciate that detail. I'd absolutely go if you don't want to go to an "old man's steakhouse" the ambiance was nice, and the food was good. Just wasn't blown away.

Our food was terrible - steaks were not cooked well at all. My husband and I both ordered Medium - his was "medium rare" and mine was "medium well" and tasted terrible. We had to ask the server more than 10 minutes after our entrees were served for our sides to be delivered. Overall the wait staff was inattentive and didn't really seem like thy cared about giving patrons a decent experience let alone just simple "quality" service. There was nothing quality about our meal or dining expereince! Will never return to any "Quality" establishment.

We arrived at 2 (came in from west coast day before). Burger was delicious. Tuna tartare salad was delicious. Staff very attentive. Nice wine selection (even got a taste of one I wanted to try but decided on another). Definitely would return

Not sure there is a better steak in Manhattan. Quality Meats is a must visit when we are in NYC. We are cattle peeps from Texas. We like to think we are the experts in good meat. QM does it right. Aside from the perfectly prepared steak, the atmosphere is warm, inviting and fun. And here is a shocker, they are so nice. Yes, nice. We actually found friendly staff in NYC. We will continue our first night in the city tradition with Quality meats,
