Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.
Le menu varié se concentre sur des interprétations modernes de plats classiques tels que le Steak Tartare traditionnel, la salade césar et le rôti de moelle osseuse, en plus de plusieurs coupes de bœuf provenant de la boucherie légendaire de New York, Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.

Phenomenal food, service and experience. We celebrated our 12th Wedding anniversary and couldn't be happier. Upon arrival we received a happy anniversary card from the staff, a nice private table (get there at the start of dinner service for the table) and the staff capped off our meal with a beautiful complimentary dessert. I'm not saying these accommodations are guaranteed for every celebration but we had a wonderful experience. We've been there many time before but that never diminishes how satisfied we are with our overall experience each time we go. 10/10.

Great as usual. Hangar and filet steaks are delicious and consistent. Love the pan potatoes. Only things I would change: whether I am on time or early for my reservation, I always have to wait 10-15 mins. A little weird that it happens every time. Wine by the glass pours were inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes light.

I’m sorry. I just think it’s a bit overrated. My steak had no flavor and the roasted potatoes were potato chips. A little overcooked. I left hungry and had to get a slice of pizza on the way to my hotel. Everyone is entitled to an off night.

We had a wonderful dinner. The server was very good at answering all my questions related to gluten free options. The steaks were amazing and cooked to our liking.

The food is always delish. We started with the Tuna tare app followed by Bronzino with mash and spinach yummy. The rolls to start are so good. I lose my calorie count when I eat them. Enjoy you will be pleased!

Great experience! Food was outstanding if you are a meat eater. We all loved our steaks and they were perferctly cooked. The sides, apps and desserts were all delicious. The atmosphere is dark and clubby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our dinner here!
