Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.
Le menu varié se concentre sur des interprétations modernes de plats classiques tels que le Steak Tartare traditionnel, la salade césar et le rôti de moelle osseuse, en plus de plusieurs coupes de bœuf provenant de la boucherie légendaire de New York, Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.

This is the second time I have dined at Quality Meats in NYC and once again it didn’t disappoint! Great service, excellent food and a sophisticated vibe. You must try the Corn Crème Brûlée! Great place to celebrate a special occasion or just a NYC dinner. Bon Appetite!

Used to be such a good place. Steak was chewy, we were rushed to eat and move to bar, waiter was blah and unfriendly, and its overpriced for food. It’s disappointing that it went downhill.

Really appreciated our waiter staff - the ambience was great - the food had very large portions. I would go again.

Booked dinner at 5:30pm on a Monday it was empty when we sat down - by 6:30 it was full. Excellent food and service.

Absolutely amazing meal. It was for my husband’s Birthday and every one of the waiters staff said, ‘happy birthday’. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. It’s expensive but really worth it.

One of the best filets I’ve had. Cooked to perfection. I recommend the gnocchi and cheese for a side. Service was impeccable. Only caution is there several floors so be sure to request a lower floor if you have trouble waking or climbing stairs. They may have an elevator but cannot confirm.
