   Great meal. Surprised it was as empty as it was, but thoroughly enjoyed our celebration lunch.

   Great food great service. One kiss which had no real affect was they did the truffle butter spin behind us. This would have been great in front of table. But this is coming from someone in restaurants for 16 years. No one else in my party noticed.

   Overall, I'm a big fan of the Quality family of restaurants. Italian had been on my list for a while, but I hadn't yet had an opportunity or reason to get there until now. It met my expectations with one unpleasant surprise/disappointment. We had a small group for a birthday celebration. Service was friendly and overall fine. The cocktail menu/bar felt limited, but the menu margarita was decent. We enjoyed our meals. Chicken parm was good, but definitely not the best I've had in the city (or at all), so I'll probably choose something else next time, now that I've had it. The presentation of it is a nice touch with all the accompaniments on the bottom of the pizza stand (arugula salad, hot honey, and more). Corn creme brulee= always a hit, but maybe not as good as Quality Meats. Bread=definitely just as delicious. The prosciutto was great. Spinach overcooked and mediocre at best, which was disappointing because it's one of only two veggie options and I don't eat brussels sprouts (although others enjoyed them). The sticky toffee pudding was phenomenal, as always, but seemed even better than Quality Meats. The most disappointing part of the experience was the birthday celebration. We ordered five desserts and received what I thought was a birthday dessert that we did NOT order. It was a nice surprise and opportunity to try something else on the menu. What was not nice was that it ended up on our bill. We all tried it with mixed reviews (personally, I didn't like it), but I was super sour on the experience after realizing I felt scammed into paying for an extra dessert we didn't order. They could've easily put a candle and happy birthday chocolate on one of the five desserts we'd already ordered and actually wanted. It just seemed rude for a place that is so overpriced already (it's really good, but $90 for chicken parm is a bit wild) and making plenty of cash at every table to feel the need to squeeze an extra $12 onto our bill. Just rubbed me the wrong way.

   Good location for after the theatre. Excellent service and delicious pasta.

   We had a lovely meal here at Quality Italian. The only issue we ran into was our table was booked for 8 and we were not seated until 8:25. The food and the service were fantastic and the hostess was amazing and they did send over a free treat for our wait, so five stars for customer service!!
