Quality Italian est une interprétation moderne de la Steakhouse italo-américaine. Supervisée par le chef exécutif Scott Tacinelli, la cuisine met à jour les tarifs de la steakhouse classique créant des interprétations modernes avec des accents italiens. Le restaurant de 200 places, détenue et exploitée par Fourth Wall Restaurants, a été réalisé par AvroKO et s'inspire du Butcher's Guilds d'Italie, possédant les plus beaux morceaux de viande en Italie.

Overpriced, food wasn’t good, service was above average and it was extremely loud and dark. Get your flashlight ready. Won’t be going back.

We had the best waiter who was great and genuine. On top of that the food was great.

Its always been perfect in the past and the last visit was a bit upsetting due to the fact we had to wait almost 45 mins to be seated , then after the 45 min and then waiting another 15 mins for our waiter to take our order. Then come to find out the dish we get usually sells out , now were stuck with eating there other entrees . Mind You we only come for the chicken parm and lobster alla vodka. And we had left overs and come home to find out they didnt pack rest of the chicken parm. The server wasnt great though. He was very nice and helpful but like waiting the extra hour past our reservation time was an awful experience.

The food, the service, and the restaurant itself were all excellent. I gave four for ambience because I consider noise level part of ambience as well, and it is very noisy in there. But other than that, the weight staff were exceptional, the food was stellar, and even our dining neighbors were wonderful and engaged us in conversation.

First time at the restaurant and everything was A1. Service was on point waiter was always around and fast response anytime I needed anything. Food was amazing, ordered a lobster pasta and it was heated in front of me with a min stove. Yellow tail appetizer was very flavorful. Definitely will be back

If you like very large, loud, pretentious, dark, crowded restaurants where the food is mediocre at best and unreasonably expensive, this is the place for you. We opted for plain (not bubbly) water and were brought a bottle of water for which we were charged $11.00! Not nice. For that reason alone, I would opt never to go back.

This was our second time to eat at Quality Italian. We are from Texas and will come back every time we are in the city. Our waitress Natasha was incredible! She went over the whole menu giving her recommendations. She was attentive the entire meal and went above and beyond for us. The food was a 10 out of 10! We had the oysters, Caesar salad (the best one I’ve ever had), filet au Chianti-poivre (the sauce on this is amazing), black truffle cacio e Pepe, pistachio gelato, and Natasha gave us the burnt marshmallow gelato because she said we just had to try it. She was right it was delicious! We left happy and full! 5 stars for Quality Italian!!

I wanted to love it here. The “parm pizza” for 86.00 is a lot. However, when it Rome. Arrived right as the opened so you would expect food to be fresh and hot. The parm arrived in minutes Luke warm. I asked for a hot meal, thinking maybe it will be cooked fresh. They returned the same pie with two missing pieces which we didn’t eat, and it was soggy and still not hot. We had another half and left. This is a factory of one very expensive piece of chicken that is average at best. Shame on them. The manager should have come to the table and should have been hot and fresh.
