    The food and service were amazing! The New York State was unforgettable and the lobster Rea Tony was truly special!  If you happen to be eating in the bar, Dillon will take care of you and if you have dinner in the restaurant, Andrea doesn’t miss a beat!

    Very slow service. It was an hour before our order was taken. Food came out quickly. The Chicken Parmesan Pizza was wonderful, as usual, but a price of $75 for two people is really ridiculous.

    Food=Amazing Wait staff=Excellent Decor=Welcoming and warm Host staff=Offputting, poorly dressed, coughing a lot and touching the menus right after. Noise=Loud roar Near impossible to hear a conversation over the cacophony that kept increasing.

    My husband and I are frequent diners at Quality Italian. We have come for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day etc. We come approximately 4-6 times a year, often spending anywhere from $350-$550. This time we had friends and spent $1,000.00. I was upset that when we asked to add 2 people to our reservation AND change it to earlier I was told I only had 1.5 hours to eat. This was to celebrate our son's birthday. I accepted the dine time and changed the reservation. When we arrived, we were reminded of this. I told the host that I understood but at the same time didn't want to be rushed through a meal. They told me "yes, accommodations are always stressful." So my dinner was supposed to be stressful now because I wanted to add two people AND come earlier (which would open up a prime time dinner reservation up for someone else later?) I sat down and had a table order ready for the server. We ordered upon her initial contact with us to help with the pressed dine time. Our reservation was at 4:00. We ordered at 4:22. Our drinks did not come until 4:50 and our food until 5:15. Why tell us we have to finish in 1.5 hours if you cannot deliver on the service side? Along with this our baby was eating off the table cloth and our server offered to give him a glass plate.....which he (as we told her) would most likely throw as he is only 1 years old. I get this is a finer dining place, which is why we always try to come early. But how we were treated from the hostess and our server was extremely frustrating and not how we wanted to celebrate 1-year of parenthood. We came to QI when we found out we were pregnant, to tell family members, it was our first date night out post baby. It is our go to place for special occasions and we recommend it to everyone that visits Denver, but this was the most unpleasant & unwelcoming visit we have had. We did not appreciate feeling rushed, only to have to wait for 30 minutes for drinks and 1-hour for food.

    Servers were polite but not reliable. Drink orders were wrong 2x. Food was bland and was obviously sitting in the kitchen for a while before it was served. It was not hot when it arrived at our table. I expected much better for the price. We will not be returning to your restaurant

    The food was good but our service was terrible. Our waiter dropped the menus on us which wouldn’t be a big deal except then her nearly spilled our drinks and then kept putting the place setting on his side of the table instead of in front of us. He was fairly attentive at first but then ignored us the rest of the evening. He would come to the tables next to us and even when we tried to flag him down would turn and walk away. We finally had to get up and get him to get our check. We didn’t get dessert because we didn’t want to wait to order and then have another half hour go by before we could get the check. Overall it was an odd experience.

    Our waiter was so attentive . The restaurant was mobbed, but our great waiter ( forgot his name) saw to it that our every need was met. The food was fabulous! Kudos to the restaurant and our waiter for making our family holiday so wonderful.
