The space and ambiance are nice, although it's a bit loud, The food is good, but not particularly creative or dazzling: The trout was bland, scallops a bit tastier, and the side dishes were average, at best. Of particular note, I found the service to be inattentive, and tried persistently to get attention to order a bottle of wine even though the restaurant was no longer busy. Subsequently, wine glasses were not refilled until, once again, I had to get the attention of any passing by server to get the glasses refilled. The saving grace for this restaurant was its extensive wine list that included a wide range of reasonably priced bottles primarily from France and the US. Overall, there are better places in NYC for high-quality bistro atmosphere and food.

I love Quality Bistro but feel the lunch menu is lacking some of the previous unique dishes you used to have.

Butter service was amazing; chilled artichokes were fantastic; mac n' cheese was one of the best I've ever had; corn creme brulee was a delightful and unique treat

Incredible service and experience across the board. Arrived early for our reservation and was promptly seated. Drinks, apps, main, and check were all delivered quickly and efficently. Great atmosphere as a result of focusing on the little details, such as the stemware, which is some of the coolest glasses I’ve ever seen. Strongly recommend the oysters and the steak frites. Cocktails (Martini, Manhattan) were solid as well.

I have to say Quality Bistro did a really great job and made for a special birthday! The staff was excellent overall. From my waitress in the bar, to the waiter in the dining room, and the Som. The food and wine were delicious and well priced. I will definitely recommend QB for friends looking for good ‘quality’ dining and celebrations. Thank you 🙏
