Outstanding Experience at Quality Bistro! From the moment you step into Quality Bistro, you are greeted with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The staff’s attention to detail is impeccable, making you feel truly valued as a guest. The atmosphere is inviting, and every interaction is filled with genuine hospitality. One of the standout features is the incredible sourdough bread. It’s easily the best I’ve had—perfectly crusty on the outside with a soft, flavorful interior. Every dish I’ve tried here has been executed to perfection, showcasing a commitment to quality and taste that keeps me coming back. I brought friends who are visiting NY and the loved the experience and outstanding hoapitality. Quality Bistro is a gem that never disappoints. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

As always the food and service were outstanding. The onion soup was delicious, my steak was perfectly cooked and the desserts (particularly the raspberry sorbet) delightful.

The staff seemed a bit aloof. Hostess blunt. Waiter falsely accommodating. Fun decor and great menu though. Got jostled about with passing patrons. It was energetic but noise limited our ability to share a conversation among us.

Food was good, but the service was nonexistent. We waited 30 mins for a waiter to even visit our table. Refilled our own water glasses and food was extremely slow to come out. Will reconsider visiting again for that level of service at this high price point.

Great experience. We were short on time - trying to make a show. Our waiter went above and beyond to get us out on time. Lovely ambiance and delicious food.

I get it that the restaurant may cater to pre-show diners and so, have to be mindful of timing, however, we were *incredibly* rushed. We arrived at 5:30, we’re seated and were totally done with our entrees at 6:05. Not an enjoyable experience. We were so rushed that we didn’t even have time for a second drink (I ordered a martini right when we sat down and would have ordered a glass of wine with dinner, but because our entrees arrived within five minutes of ordering, I had only take a few sips of the martini so no time to order another drink). The food was ok. Not bad at all but not anything to write home about. The standouts were a very good martini and the lemon ice cream cake for dessert. Like I said, I know they cater to a pre-show crowd, but this was waaaaaaay too rushed.
