Great Spot!! Beautiful Decor… Food was Excellent !! Had a Drink at the Bar before Lunch.. Kwan took care of us. He Was EXCELLENT!! Wish he could have served us at our Table…unfortunately not enough help!! There was an event going on for 60 People upstairs.. which I think took away the help in the Dining Room.. Also. We Saw The Manager. Never came over to say Hi or ask how our food was.. Very Disappointing! We will however give it another try..hopefully they will have enough help…have been to Quality in Denver.. ALWAYS Great EVERYTHING!!

The service was terrible which was unexpected for a quality branded restaurant. Compared to quality Italian, quality meats, and bad Roman-I was disappointed. It was not overly crowded and our waiter didn’t come to take our drink order for at least 10 min. He asked “what can I do for you” and neglected to use any pleasantries. He forgot our appetizer and did not apologize or offer to comp-he simply brought it after our entree was served. He didn’t come to check on us one time and we were not able to get a 2nd drink. Perhaps an off day or an off waiter but our experience was impacted as a result.

We had 12:30 Sunday Brunch reservations before a 2pm Broadway show. We told our server we had little time and to give his best recommendations. He did not let us down. I had the French Toast and added bacon. Would order again. My wife had the crab cake and the French onion soup which was an experience! The crab cake is humongous. The decoration inside this place is insane and the bathrooms were spotless.

I enjoyed Quality Bistro so much. I actually had breakfast and dinner there. The restaurant is gorgeous. The staff is superb. There were alot of people celebrating Birthdays last night and they had a dessert with a large sparkler. It was so much fun. I had the same waiter that I had in the morning. Ciro remembered me and was so kind. He suggested the Mac and cheese and Caesar salad to go with our steaks. I’m a Mac and cheese snob. Lol . The Mac and cheese is delicious. I only have two more days in New York so I have to go to other restaurants. But I will definitely come back next time I’m in New York.

We had the French Onion soup, Dover sole, pork, and chocolate moose. They were all delicious and our service was excellent. We highly recommend quality bistro.

Celebrated my father’s 90th birthday there and couldn’t have had a better experience! From the lovely host seating us to the waiter the entire meal and the 2 hours we dined made it a wonderful memory. The restaurant then surprised my Dad with a birthday dessert and my Dad my overjoyed. I could not recommend this restaurant more. The ambience, staff and food were outstanding. We loved every moment!

Our favorite restaurant in the city. The space is beautiful, the staff is always on point, the food is excellent, my husband and I always have a great time here.
