Nice little hotel bar. Very good menu and good quality food too. Was a touch on the expensive side but not offensively so, and staff and food were good by general London hotel standards. Would visit again if we were in the area.

At the time we went it was a very quiet experience. There were only a couple of couples in there so service was prompt. Only 3 tables were in the section we were in so couldn’t advise how good service would be if busier

OK overall. Salmon good. Steak was poor - grissly. 2 waiters very good.

Had brassiere meal which is really just sitting at nice table in bar. Staff were rushed and not enough of them. A ceasar salad and salmon took 35 mins to arrive and whilst waiting everyone who went up to the bar was complaining they had not yet got their food or drinks . One waiter was ok but the other was out of his depth

The restaurant was obviously shut but we were catered for in an alcove containing two tables. It would be best to check restaurant is open when booking if not staying at Hotel. However the Staff looked after us very well and the food was great.

We chose this place based on the previous reviews, but were very disappointed indeed, particularly with the food. We went for a pre-show dinner before a concert at the RAH. Location was great, but that’s where it stops. It’s not a restaurant, it’s a few tables scattered around between the bar and the hotel reception. There was no atmosphere whatsoever, and the 3 tables where we were could all overhear each other to the point of being uncomfortable. But the food was very poor indeed. Three of the four dishes we ordered were dreadfully, and visibly, overcooked, 2 of which were inedible. The steak was the worst I’ve had in over 20 years, and this includes eating in some less than salubrious chain pubs.

We had a pre Promenade concert dinner, arriving at 5.55 for 6.15 booking. We ordered a drink, and were shown to our table, where we sat, and sat, and sat. At 6.35 I found the staff and and told them we needed to be out by 7.00. It may seem strange, but the staff, personally, were very good but inexperienced. Certainly willing and very polite. In the alcove of three tables, no one had any food though! However, in the end we were out by 7.00, but it was a bit hairy. The food? It was very good. This could be a good spot with some training and a more confident and proactive staff.

Lovely restaurant hidden in the Q hotel. We told the staff we were on a time constraint and they ensured our meal can on time and not rushed. Drinks were a little pricey but the food was excellent and good value. Will definitely go again.
