Interesting menus, very good quality but not hot?! Service somewhat lacklustre. Wine only 125ml or by the bottle. Don’t sit under the Aircon unit, brrrrr!

Firstly, the food was excellent, can't fault it at all. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes before even getting a menu, two of the waiting staff were extremely adept at avoiding all eye contact and attempts to attract their attention. The one competent member of staff was very apologetic, brought us menus and gave us a complimentary drink by way of apology. We placed our order of two mains and two sides, but were only brought one side which was a dish we hadn't ordered. It took a further ten minutes to then get someone's attention to sort this out. The waitress eventually brought the correct sides, telling us it was the kitchen's fault?? By this time we had nearly finished our mains. At one point we were brought another table's drinks order which the waitress questioned with us, as if I had made it up!! When I got the bill, the 'extra' side dish had been added and also a 12.5% service charge. I pointed out the error regarding the side dish, but the waitress simply deducted that amount from the bill without any adjustment to the service charge. I know that I'm not obliged to pay any service charge, although I did feel for the one competent member of staff who was trying their best. This was such a disappointing experience as we love Purezza, and had travelled an hour to get there. We love the concept of a wholly vegan restaurant (and I'm not even a vegan!) and wish there were more. Will certainly think twice before going back.

Great food, so tasty ... prices seem to have risen, but then so have everyone else's! Our two omnivorous friends enjoyed their meal too!

Each time I've visited Purezza, it's been a great experience. It was nice to see the place so busy and glad we'd booked a table a couple of days earlier. We were a party of 4 and enjoyed pizzas, wine, mocktails and dessert. Everything was perfect and my family (non vegan) are STILL raving about how good their pizzas were.

Amazing tiny restaurant with family like atmosphere, fantastic food - all vegan - starters were mind blowing and I've never eaten pizza like this, was amazing! We had a great time together and will definitely come back.

Fully vegan (great for dairy allergies as none in the building!), cashless, helping sustainability movement in a beautiful part of brighton. Not cheap but so worth it and everything so yummy and hearty. Been many times for many years and will continue to do so.

Great, cosy restaurant serving delicious vegan food. We went as a party of 5, of which only one of us (me) is vegan, and everyone enjoyed the food. Despite a small menu, every item is well made and full of flavour. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly towards us and our dog. We will definitely be back again (for a 4th visit!)
