Loved the ambiance! Sunset was beautiful! Food was very good and waitstaff did a great job. My only issue was that a 15% service charge was added to the bill and when they brought out the handheld credit card machine it was programmed to ask for another 18, 20 or 22% tip on top of that. I typed in my own amount of tip to add to the 15% to put the tip at 20% total which is what I usually tip at. I do realize that some places in Aruba have been adding in a service charge which I have no issue with just didn’t like being asked to put a 20% tip on top of that. If you didn’t pay attention to the original bill you wouldn’t notice the 15% already in.

Our dinner at Pure Ocean was fabulous. Our waiter, Kareem , was better than excellent . He explained the menu choices well and catered to us while being unobtrusive Our food was prepared well and was delicious. The cocktails were adequate. We also enjoyed the complimentary potato soup. I do think they need to upgrade the website to reflect changes in the menu and to add a coat of paint to the tables.

An amazing dinner right on the beach! Food and service were outstanding. My favorite dinner of the trip.

We had an A+ experience at Pure Ocean Monday evening. The staff, including Louis and Lydia, are excellent. The food was exceptional and the sunset was the icing on the cake.

Pure Ocean is a fan favorite of ours for all the reasons we gave it 5 stars across the board. Food service and ambiance are all superb. We come here every trip and anyone we bring as guests always walk away a fan as well!
