Pure Kitchen is a restaurant that embraces the farm-to-table concept, serving local, organic, grass-fed, sustainable, and fair-trade products. Every dish in our establishment is crafted from scratch with the intention of promoting a pure and wholesome lifestyle.

Pure Kitchen stemmed from the realization that the Summit community lacked ample options for truly nutritious dining experiences. Recognizing this need, we set out to create a restaurant that not only champions healthy eating through organic and grass-fed ingredients but also provides an inspiring and inclusive dining environment. Great service! We made a reservation, and the table was already set up when we arrived. The menu had a lot of locally sourced options. So many healthy options as well. We tried their cheese sticks with their homemade mozzarella. Very tasty. My husband got the lamb burger, and I got the stir fry bowl. We were not disappointed. Highly recommend if you’re in town.

Pretty good food. We had the mushroom and Swiss burger (better of the two) and the lamb burger. Dirty martinis were good. The tiramisu was also pretty good. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, but never got them. Lots of food options and nice ambiance with a low buzz.

Very good food and attentive waitstaff. Far better than anything vegetarian served in other nearby mountain towns.

This restaurant is pure gold! Great atmosphere with even better service. Nice bar area with decent amount of seating blended with the restaurant. Service outstanding and the food tastes awesome - most of it is either gluten free or vegan, but you wouldn’t know eating it. From drinks to appetizers to desserts, everything is perfectly done!

The music could be at a lower volume which would enhance the dining experience. At times it’s a bit too loud.

Loved it! The service was excellent. The sweet red pepper soup was unbelievable. I wish that were on the regular menu every day!
