Pure Kitchen is a restaurant that embraces the farm-to-table concept, serving local, organic, grass-fed, sustainable, and fair-trade products. Every dish in our establishment is crafted from scratch with the intention of promoting a pure and wholesome lifestyle.

Pure Kitchen stemmed from the realization that the Summit community lacked ample options for truly nutritious dining experiences. Recognizing this need, we set out to create a restaurant that not only champions healthy eating through organic and grass-fed ingredients but also provides an inspiring and inclusive dining environment. Good food and freshness which is what they tought but lacking. I've tried it twice and it's nice to have an option around here that isn't covered in salt with fresh veggies but the salads r kinda just thrown together. There's no pizzazz to them and i can honestly make one at home. Servers are unfriendly and seem annoyed you're there. Ambience and cleanliness are perfect!

All the food we had was amazing. The server was attentive and helpful. We will definitely return!

Always great food. The server was a bit too pushy about ordering apps. The music was SUPER loud so hard to talk in there! I will go back for the food for sure!

This was our first visit. Two members of our party of six have severe allergies: one has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and the other has a severe tree nut allergy. The restaurant server and kitchen were exceptionally educated and conscientious, which - quite frankly - is not common. All of us had an excellent meal and the service was awesome. I guarantee you that we will return - actually, my wife and I will return for a special anniversary meal next week. This is a VERY nice restaurant and the prices were very fair. The food is excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

So many healthy choices, we enjoyed the stir fry and Thai bowls and the meatloaf a lot!

Great food and quiet location. Understaffed so a bit slow but very friendly service. We will be back.

It took an hour and half from The time we ordered to receive our food, with no acknowledgment. The food was not very good for the price, hopefully they can tweak the service and food as the restaurant is in a cool location

Menu was great and healthy. Portions are quite small for being an entree. Overall, it was good but not running to go back.
