Punch Bowl has a good vibe, but they didn’t seem prepared for a crowd an hour before a Sacramento Kings game. We were seated immediately, but no one came to our table to greet us for 20 minutes. The food came quickly, but it was not very good. Nacho’s were soggy and boneless breaded wings tasted like burnt fryer oil. Wyatt was our server and was good. The delays and bad food were not his fault.

We showed up for Our 4pm reservation. It was 425 before we were able to get the hostess attention to get us a server after sitting for 25 min with no contact. Rita our server was the only plus of our experience. Our food came out over a span of 35 min. Most of our table was done eating as some sat with no food. One person never got their food and after 1.5 hours being there we just asked for it to go. Very disappointed as we have always had incredible experiences and were taking our whole family there for their first visit.

We did not realize that they drastically reduced their menu to almost nothing. Few selections. Sat near the bowling alley which was so loud. We will not be back.

The worst experience we have had here, waited 45 mins before we got our order taken after having to ask. One meal came out, out of the 3 we ordered and was cold. Drink was wrong and bar tender was rude. And they had one server on the floor. Not good at all. Didn’t eat and left after waiting another 20 mins

Do not go there prior to a concert -- We ordered appetizers & dinks and it took an hour and half to get. All of the appetizers came out and different times. The only saving grace was our server DJ/Donald who was very apologetic and was equally as frustrated with how the food was coming out.

Our drinks took forever to come to our table. The food and drink was delicious, however the kitchen got my order wrong and I didn’t have time to send it back. Our server was not very friendly and the service was slow overall. Very convenient dining choice if you’re going to Golden One Center for an event.

We had a reservation for a large party. Tables were still dirty. Service was poor. Food was salty. Lots of mistakes with food brought out, not cooked as ordered, wrong food brought out. Even the bartender gave the wrong drink to someone in my party who ordered at the bar. The bathrooms were also dirty and in need of much attention. Utensils and condiments were not brought out. Not going back here and won’t recommend it to anyone.

It's hard to give a 1 star rating to a place recommended by friends, but the experience my group of 6 had for an office lunch earned that score. The service was SLOW and the staff shared they were understaffed after our complaining about the delays. It took 10-15 minutes for our drink orders to be taken, and those didn't arrive for 30 minutes after being seated. The 3 "sharable" (appetizers) didn't arrive for 30 minutes after ordering. Then our main meals were ordered, and those took another 30+ minutes to arrive. We allotted 2 hours (12:30 pm - 2:30 for the lunch and when the food arrived at 1:55, and one of the items was not what was ordered. The risk of sending it back and waiting for the correct order was to risky so this person ate what they brought. They did comp that meal, but we would have rather paid for what we wanted. Overall the food was fair to good. If they are not going to staff for lunch they should not be open for lunch. There were maybe 10 parties in the whole place, which seats easily 100 groups looking at the tables. We will not be returning for any other office events.
