Went to punch bowl social to watch the Vikings game. Reserved a table for 6 thinking it would be very busy. Upon arrival the bar was EMPTY. Which was fine, game was on all the TVs and we had a good spot. Food and drinks were very good, little expensive, but still good. However, the service was horrible. Immediate drink order was quick, however receiving the drinks took 10+ minutes. We had some friends trickle in and it took a lot of time for the server to realize that more people joined the table. At this point we were one of maybe three tables our server was attending to. We didn’t complain too much at this point, figured just morning woes. However the service did NOT get better. At points it took our server OVER 35 minutes to come to our table to get another round of drinks. We ended up just going to the bar because our server was nonexistent. To put things into perspective, we were at the restaurant for the entirety of the Vikings game, our server came to our table a total of 7 times… that includes drink/food orders, bringing us food, and bringing/collecting our check. That is roughly once every 20-25 minutes our server would come to our table, with a max of 3-4 tables at a time. Overall, food was great, drinks were decent, vibe is always pretty decent, but our service was absolutely horrible this time around. Not thrilled.

We shared the family taco platter, which was great. However, most of the games (the main reason we went there) were closed off for a private event.

It was our first time there. The waiter that we had was very good and helpful to explain how to utilize all of the fun activities. The appetizers were great. The main meal was very good. It was also nice to have mocktail options for me. It was a fun date night for us. Thank you. (One suggestion to help the wait staff more, is to use a sign at the table with a QR Code that takes you to a video on you tube to explain the set up and process of the activities and such. Just a thought…)

Food is excellent although the booths are very broken in so if you are shorter you may have a difficult time with the height of the tables.

My husband and I went for dinner. They put us at a small table for two by the windows and it was really drafty. Not a comfortable place to sit. We were able to move to a different table that wasn’t drafty but it had a big support column by one of the seats and also was not very comfortable.
