Reservation was scheduled for 5:15. Arrived at restaurant at 5:05 and waited in line watching the hostess seat customers without reservations ahead of us. We were finally seated at 5:30. At 5:35 our server arrived at the table and greeted us by saying "I can take your drink order but cant take any food orders to the kitchen for at least another 30 minutes. The kitchen is backed up and can't take any more orders". The server got our drinks and offered to have a manager come over. I wantes to know why they were seating people without reservations ahead of those that had a reservation. At least 5 tables that did NOT have reservations were seated ahead of us and those tables ordered and received food before 6pm. At 6:05(35minutes after sitting down) we stil had not placed an order and.there was no indication we would be allowed to place an order. At this point, we chose to leave, and went to the concert we planned to attend and ate at the stadium. The management knew there were multiple events in Cleveland on this date and they failed to care about serving their customers. The fact that a manager NEVER approached us or communicated with us about the problem indicates this restaurant does not care about customers. Unless you have 3 or 4 hours for dinner..... Stay Away!

We sat for 20 minutes with no service or drinks, so we got up and left. It was not busy, the waitstaff was hanging out at the bar chatting.

Definitely an amazing experience! It was something different than all these other restaurants. An amazing atmosphere with awesome service and huge food portions. But not only that but it was fun. Yes, a restaurant was actually entertaining! With the free board games while you wait for your food, plus activities to do after you eat so you can work off all those GOOD calories! It was something different than anything else. I will definitely be back! With a bigger tip too!

Service was excellent! The host was very accommodating to our requests and helped us setup a space to watch the game. Food was excellent too.

My family and I were there for Father’s Day and had a great time! The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. It was too hot to sit on the rooftop, but that gives us a reason to go back!

I’m sure a Punch Bowl Social would be a lot more fun in the evenings, however, we went for lunch and it was fine. Food was good, service as well. But the seats were extremely uncomfortable. We sat in a booth and you sort of just fall into it and then there’s a hole or something in the seat. So that was just OK.

I have been to this restaurant various times over the last several years, and have had good experiences. I made a reservation for 10 people following my son's high school graduation. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. It took 40 minutes to get a server to even acknowledge our table and bring over waters. This was only after my husband stood up twice to get someone's attention. Everyone at our table received their food with the exception of my husband. One person had to send food back. That person received their replacement entree before my husband ever received his order. The whole table was essentially done eating and his food still hadn't come out. We stopped the manager to tell him about our service and disappointment. He did not seem to take an ounce of accountability and didn't seem to care about the multitude of issues that we had encountered. We ended up telling them not to worry about even bringing my husband's food out and to just bring the check. I am so disappointed that this establishment put a damper on what was supposed to be a special day for our family. There were many other things in between, but those were the big ones. This used to be a great place to go in the flats. I will never return to this restaurant and would advise against others doing so as well.
