Service was terrible. Had a reservation for 5:30p. Checked in at 5:15p. The table wasn’t ready until 6p. On top of that one of the bar tenders were very rude. Once seated at my reserved table, a server never came to service my table. Didn’t offer a drink of water or anything. I’m never quick to pull the race card but this definitely seemed like one of those situations

our server was incredible! she was attentive, helpful, fun, knowledgeable! We had a large group and she was perfect! Many times thanks for a great night celebrating our sons 21st birthday

Visited the restaurant for a pre-birthday celebration and overall enjoyed the experience. The wife and I enjoyed the free board games as we sat at the table waiting for our food. The food was good as we enjoyed the nachos and chicken and waffles. Definitely this a place for date night, group outings, and celebrations.

The vibe was great, because of the holiday it wasn’t that many people there. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to bring my little sister before 10pm. It was good wholesome fun for our family. We did originally attend for trivia night on Eventbrite. The top of the Eventbrite event did say California but the address was the Chicago location so that was very misleading. The manager did still accommodate us and she was very nice and explained it was the California location. Our waitress was amazing and she was so nice. She filled every request that we had. Great experience over all.

The food and drinks are worth going for by that’s about it the bowling lanes are okay it’s about 4 or 5 lanes they only have one pool table so it’s an hour wait and they have a bunch of at home board games

Games indicated on website weren’t available and everything else was extra $$. Service was great/ we were just was looking for interactive evening without having to pay for every single thing.
