Bad service. Food took 2 hours to come out then orders were wrong multiple times. Stolen birthday card then was basically told it was never there after looking at cameras. Still charged for incorrect orders after being told I would not be charged. Still waiting on supposed refund. Had to drive back to the facility because my card was charged 3 times for 3 different amounts then my boyfriends card was also charged for a reason unknown to me since I was the one paying as a birthday gift. The whole night was a mess. I tried to understand but enough is enough.

Worst food ever. Literally told me that I couldn’t have fried onions on a burger, who doesn’t put onions on a burger.. The burger was dry and flavorless. The games weren’t that fun and hogged by other guests. Definitely not coming back.

The food was quite delicious . Everything tasted great. There are really fun, wholesome games that keep you in the fun lane.You may want to walk around on each floor to see what there is to experience. (they may want to do some maintenance on the skee balls on the second floor because they did not work correctly.) we had a great time regardless. Will come back. Thank you. 😁

They completely overbooked the restaurant and we ended up having one drink and having to leave and find a new restaurant for a large party

Food was okay. Drinks, on the other hand, were not very good. Quite possibly the worst bloody Mary I have ever tried.

The waitress wasn’t very unpleasant an didn’t want to serve us. They kept giving us the wrong drinks after several attempts they finally got it right after 3 tries. To say the least i will never come back an it was my birthday

Environment and entertainment was great. Getting drinks at the bar was easy and a great value. We were seated for dinner. Waited atleast 10 minutes and NOONE showed up to take an order. We got up and left and passed both hosts with clear intentions of leaving and neither one asked if we were okay or why we were leaving. Stick to the games and drinks and your experience will be fine. Avoid dinner

This was my first experience and it was great. It was a little louder than what I expected. Also there was a double charge on my credit card, and the additional charge did not fall off and get refunded until a week later. I called the rest to try and speak with a manager, provided my contact info however no one called me back. I like to visit the restaurant again but I would probably pay cash and not use my card due to that experience with my credit card.

Wait forgot about us. We were sitting for about 30 minutes between when we got water and when we decided to leave. It was very frustrating watching him walk by us without even checking in.
