Completely different to anywhere else in Liverpool. Excellent vibe well worth a visit can be a bit pricey

Puffin rooms Is a very special place, the staff and the service you get in there is phenomenal! Been about 10 times now, and they have delivered 5 star service every time. It’s been come a ‘must do’ for me and my dad, as we like a cigar and we don’t see each other as much as we’d like, but when he comes to Liverpool we always make sure we book the puffin rooms for a visit for a smoke and catch up.

Had a lovely time. Our waitress, Amy was amazing and we had a good rapport in minutes. Service was brilliant, cigars were beautiful, and we all enjoyed the experience.

Not enough staff on for a bank holiday Sunday. Too long to get served on a shorter hours closure.

Terrible experience. Can't comment on the food as there was almost nothing available. We also ordered 2 different wines which were also told were sold out. we left at this stage frustrated and hungry. Also it took a lot of explaining that we had booked a table to eat. The waiter didnt seem to comprehend this. This has never been a problem before. Also the waiter asked for a cushion ans was hugging it as he was speaking to us. Not sire that that was about. Eaten here before and loved it however veey loathe to return at the moment.

Excellent food and service. Only comment is that we were slightly rushed and didn’t have time for a desert at the table. The 2 hour time slots aren’t really long enough unless the food arrives a bit quicker.

We booked the Puffin rooms for a birthday treat with a Whisky tasting experience. This was something really different and we were led by Harry who was amazing and made the experience really interesting for us. We got to try Whisky’s from Japan to the Lake District and had some food inbetween. Puffin rooms is such a lovely place and to have the Jazz music on a Sunday really made the day even more special. Victoria took requests and sang to my son. Cocktails are amazing too as is the food. If you want something special and get looked after by the lovely team get it booked. We loved it. Thanks everyone :)

I had a great solo trip to puffins, my only disappointment was that I was unable to eat a full meal at the bar. It would be good, if when booking a table for at the bar, that it’s mentioned you can only have the small plates menu. Other than that, I couldn’t fault it and will be back for sure!
