Owned and operated by a Mexican American family whose best memories all include tacos, Puesto is an award-winning Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar providing an innovative approach to authentic Mexican flavors. Puesto has garnered national acclaim for its Mexico City-style crispy melted cheese tacos, served on handmade non-GMO, organic, maíz azul stone-ground tortillas. In addition to tacos, offerings include a selection of fresh catch ceviches, guacamoles, starters and ensaladas, courtesy of Chef/Partner Luisteen Gonzales. The bar program showcases the best of Mexico City through the use of fresh ingredients in our hand crafted cocktails and housemade Micheladas, tequilas, mezcals, Baja craft beers, and Valle de Guadalupe wines you can’t find elsewhere We’re honored to have been featured by media outlets nationally and internationally, some of which include National Geographic, Huffington Post, Refinery 29, MSN, Insider, Zagat, Eater, Food and Wine, and LA Times.

Our semi-private room with a living wall, private patio, and art by Craig & Karl seats up to 26 guests. Our Full Patio, complete with a steel agave plant fire pit and separate bar, can host a 75 person fiesta. The entire space will entertain 200 guests for a festive reception.

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary on Taco Tuesday and had a wonderful dinner and the waitress was kind enough to bring us a slice of Tres Leches cake to share it made the celebration that more special!

If you're looking to try a new place for Taco Tuesday, then Puesto is the place. The tacos were amazing, as well as the margaritas and the service. The food was fresh, unique, and delicious. Looking forward to trying other dishes on the menu besides tacos during my next visit. Overall, the night was a great experience.

The tacos are delicious. They look small, but they are actually very filling. The guacamole was excellent and I especially loved the thick warm tortilla chips.

We went for taco Tuesday and the prices are great for their tacos. They are on the pricier side on regular days but defensively worth it on taco Tuesday if you’re looking for a nice date night during the weekdays.

The menus is somewhat limited and the food just so so. I’m not sure if they are trying to give some sort of Oaxacan vibe to the menu, but they do not do a great job. I had three different tacos, shrimp, short rib and carnita. Everything was drenched in some sort of sauce and the beef and carnitas greasy. My wife had the chicken mole which was super sweet. Elote (Mexican corn) was dry and flavorless. The prices were also extremely high for the product. Each small taco was between $9-$11. Rice and beans are also extra and they charge for chips and salsa. What I asked for some hotter salsa the waitress initially wanted to charge me for it! (She ultimately didn’t). I think they are trying to sell fancy / elevated Mexican food with elevated prices. Wasn’t thrilled with the place.

The filet mignon tacos are the best! Service when busy is not good. Wait staff seemed bothered the we were there. No initial greeting from the person pouring water. I don’t think he would have said anything if I didn’t say hello. We ordered guacamole (very good) and when the actual server came she asked if we wanted anything else. I said we’d like to order dinner and drinks. It felt like she wanted to send us on our way.
