Angie was a great server. Food was excellent . Everything was well seasoned and taste good. And you get a lot of for your money. No complaint. Excellent service. Thank you

This has been the second time we dine here. Never again! We ordered lobster tails and they were over cooked, cold just nasty!!!! The drinks were good, service was horrible! We ordered a salad it had no dressing very dry and I told the waiter I wasn’t happy and wanted to return it and she asked me a million questions. I won’t be returning.

The food and drinks are always amazing at Puerto Plata! Vibe is great, music as well. The service was horrible. The host only checked on us once and then disappeared on her phone for 30 minutes. We waited for the bill for about 45 minutes since she disappeared we had to get another sever to assist us. Overall, food and drinks 10/10, service 1/10.

This was my first time at this location. Their food is always a hit! Not to mention the scenic views, the service was great as well. I would definitely come back.

I visited the restaurant many times before and this time was absolutely horrible. The service was awful the server was awful. They were all just standing around in groups and ignoring the tables and didn’t even come over to check on us. We asked for a drink and rudely said they only served what’s on the menu. When clearly there was whiskey visible to the eye at the bar. Clearly has the ingredients but refused to make it. We used to enjoy coming there but we will not be coming back. Sorry!

This was my second time at this location , food was great and service was excellent , seating was outdoors and we enjoyed it since it was a nice day .However it was very overpriced , I was quite surprised . I don't know if I will be back and I would not recommend .

Super fast service and food was hot and tasty .. dude that serve us was super cool and attentive I made reservations so it was literally showing up and sitting down no wait time which was crazy ! After I crossed the street and caught a vibeeeee
