Puckett’s has a long history dating back to the 1950s when it started as a small grocery store in Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Since then, our focus has been on offering excellent food and Southern hospitality to both new and longtime friends. With six restaurants now, our commitment to this goal remains unwavering. This is my second try at Pucketts in Hendersonville. I have been to a couple other locations and always was satisfied. This evening was what I know Pucketts to be. Our 1st visit was very disappointing and we blamed it on the newness and staff problems. This evening we had the perfect time. The food was delicious and our server although she said she was new was very attentive and did a great job. We went primarily for the music of Karli and James and they were wondering as usual. If you have had a difficult 1st experience I would try again, I think with new management you will be happy!. They do not take reservations in Hendersonville, and that was very confusing. The system made it look like they were booked which was not the case. That should be fixed.

I’ve always loved the Franklin location so I was very excited that another location was coming close to where I live. So far it has not been the best unfortunately. My chicken club sandwich last night was missing half of what it was supposed to have on it. The waitress, who did well, took it off and said they would remake it, but she brought back the same sandwich that was now sloppily reconstructed with the new stuff on it. They were also out of several important things. Some employees were having loud private conversations around us. Just not the best experience and it’s not a cheap place.

This was my first visit. Family from out of town wanted to try it. Once we were seated, we were informed they were out of chicken, macaroni and cheese, root beer and one of the appetizers. After we ordered we waited over an hour for our meal. Although the food we had was very good, highly disappointed in the missing menu items and the wait.

I love Puckett's in Nashville so when I heard they opened a new location in Hendersonville I was so excited because it was closer, the staff was amazing and the food tasted just as great as it does in Nashville although my burger did taste slightly different (probably just because they use different brands) but it still tasted amazing. Their cheese poppers as an appetizer was THE BEST. 10/10 would recommend.

Out of Meatloaf, out of ribs, out of brisket, out of coke. Thought this was a bbq feature restaurant. 3 out of 5 orders wrong. Server was either inexperienced, or just didn’t care to wait on us. Disappointing visit all around.

Our waitress was excellent. My wife has a severe pork allergy and they prepared her food on a separate griddle!

Good food. Good service. Good time! Our server was great. Our friends from France who were with us loved it too.

Ribs were black, dry and burnt. Fly in tea refill. Broccoli very poor quality and taste. Manager stated fly "flew" into glass. Not true.

For a Saturday night it wasn’t packed maybe 20 people in there. They had a live band that wasn’t bad. Nachos were good with added bbq. Other than that meatloaf was falling apart kinda resembled mushy dog food. Macaroni I could make better at home had no flavor. My fiancés burger he ordered pepper jack and it came with cheddar (yellow) he said this is cheddar and our waitress said no that’s pepper jack. We’re like no pepper jack is white and she said well none of the chefs speak English then left and brought back the right cheese. Will not be back.

Been once before was pretty good. Not so much the second time. Not a fan of smoked flavor meat. MAC and Cheese was dry and had been cooked for a while. Catfish was good. Probably want return for the third time.
