Our tasting menu experience is dynamic and ever-changing; due to the nature of the menu, we are not able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding allergies, dietaries and we would be more than happy to help. This is a 2.75 hour dining experience for tables of 2 - 3 and 3 hours for tables of 4. Tasting menus are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. Please note that all gift card payments for the Tasting Menu must be organized prior to booking, any refunds made on the evening are subjected to a 7% service charge.

We ordered six plates to share between the two of us. The dishes arrived at the table a few at a time, allowing us to enjoy each flavorful meal without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, and the price was well worth the value. The drinks were also amazing; of the four we ordered, the Normandy Sour was my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them. My favorite dishes were the smoked and candied sablefish and the chicken fried maitake (which is a fried mushroom, not chicken). We are definitely planning another visit to Published on Main!

Spectacular food combined with top-notch service. Stand out dishes were the sablefish, gnocchi, and bison. Value is subjective but I plan to return to this excellent establishment.

Food was good, however not OMG this is so good. The wine list is ridiculously expensive and to the point that it I actually considered passing on a bottle of wine. For reference 5 shared plates, dessert and a bottle of wine, $600.00. I'm pretty sure you cant call that good value without being overwhelmed by something.

No doubt why this place has a Michelan star. We done the dining experience and it was a feast with non stoping surprises. In the beginning I was concerned that the portions were all sample size, but after +10 dishes I was absolutely satisfied. Service also was impeccable. It is a long balet, and you should be prepare to not rush and spend +2.5 hours hours there. The best place in town.

They were so nice about us talking longer than the allotted time. Food was excellent as always. The mushroom karage is still my favourite and we tried the disco foie today which was amazing! Such complex flavours!
