Known as the eclectic neighborhood gastropub, Pubbelly Sushi brings a hyper-creative fusion of Japanese and Latin-inspired dishes by chef José Mendín. When Mendín founded the first Pubbelly, his intention was singular: Create a place where chefs could eat high-quality, affordable dishes in a cool atmosphere. Pubbelly became an instant locals' favorite when it opened in 2010. A decade later, it continues to be embraced by the market, winning the 2020 Miami New Times Readers' Choice Award for "Best Sushi", and maintaining a spot on every tourist's "must" list.

The servers were amazing, quick, and friendly. I have been to Pubbelly twice at this location and nothing can beat the service. Food was delicious. I had a lychee martini, pork belly gyozas, spicy garlic edemame, the navarro salmon roll, and the crispy salmom roll. Absolutely delicious and I would eat more if my stomach could fit everything.

The place was very lonely, only two tables in use. They lack marketing in the area. The coffee machine didn't work...

Nice ambiance but did not enjoy the sushi. Drinks were also weak.

Pubbelly is our go-to for special occasions, hosting visitors to South Florida or just a regular lunch or dinner. The food is always excellent, as is the service.

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, our server was amazing and attentive, and the vibe was very chill. Would definitely go back again and again.

Food was fast and great but server not attentive or super pleasant took 15 mins for server to arrive after being seated and 10 more to get drinks after we put order in for drinks and apps put in food after getting drinks and had several rolls come out before apps or soup which was frustrating! Aside from that food was fantastic all the rolls A1 super cheap on Mondays and fast!

Went for dinner with a friend and we had an amazing time. Food was delicious and not to mention the drinks (Coco Lychee martini) the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Not sure if the air was broken but it was very hot. Sushi was not fresh. I will not go again.
