we were super excited to try this but unfortunately it fell short. You could tell there was a staffing issue with not enough people which lead to waiting 25 minutes to get coffee. they brought food out in odd time manner, we were a group of 4 they brought out one plate 10 minutes before the next 2 dishes and then another 5 minutes for our last friend. Food was just okay and and burnt but flavors were there

We arrived late for our reservation after our baby exploded and needed a full change, but we were still graciously received by the understanding hostess and seated promptly with a high chair. Our server accommodated our preferred pace of eating perfectly and allowed us to keep our 9 month old civilized. Everything we ate was phenomenal: birria arancini were as epic as they sound; the prawn Caesar was a fantastic combination of flavor and texture; the papardelle is absolute perfection; the carrots are not to be skipped. The only bummer was that they ran out of tiramisu but that just meant we got to try the panna cotta instead, which was also great. Highly recommended for families celebrating a birthday (such as we were) or for a couple looking for a great date spot.

The food was just not very good. We had the cauliflower and prawns for starters and the Enchantment pizza and the prawn linguini. Everything was really salty and just not cooked well, mostly overdone. The prawn starter had a ton of batter and was overdone. The linguini was also overdone and drowning in alfredo sauce. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes....but this was our second time at this restaurant. The first time, the food was worse, so I guess they are slowly improving. Sorry....this is my honest opinion.

Our server recommended the roasted cauliflower appetizer, and it did not disappoint! (We’re trying to figure out how to replicate it at home.) The Fall Salad with wine poached pears was a delightful surprise of flavors. My husband enjoyed the Honey Hot Wings and Caesar Prawn Salad. Tasty cocktails too. We look forward to exploring the menu at Prusik more next time we’re in Leavenworth.

Food and drinks were tasty and our server was lovely but the host tried to seat out party of 8 (reserved 2 plus months ahead for an anniversary celebration) at 2 different tables because they “couldn’t put two four tops together” despite the fact that there was another party of 8 with two four tops pulled together and no one sat in the two four tops during the 2 hours we were at the restaurant. It was an unpleasant and nonsensical way to start our experience

Good cocktails, cauliflower, and fries. Burgers were not good and our server was stretched thin though she was kind and did her best.
